1. How do I become a Temu seller?
You can register as a Temu seller in four simple steps:
Step 1: Enter your business information. We accept business types including Corporation, Partnership, and Sole Proprietorship. You also have the option to join as an individual seller.
Step 2: Provide your seller information. This includes details like certificate type, address, and seller name.
Step 3: Set up your Temu store by adding your store name, logo, and contact information.
Step 4: Complete the verification process and start selling on Temu.
2. What documentation is required to become a Temu seller ?
For individual applicants, the following information and documents are required for verification:
1. Full legal name (first name, last name, and middle name if applicable)
2. Citizenship
3. Date of birth
4. Place of birth
5. Residential address
6. Government-issued driver’s license ID or passport
7. ID expiration date
For business applicants, the following company registration information is required: 1. Business type 2. Business name 3. Employer Identification Number (EIN) 4. Registered business address Additionally, beneficial owners, legal representatives, or executives of the company may need to provide: 1. Legal name 2. Citizenship 3. Date of birth 4. Residential address 5. Government-issued driver’s license ID or passport 6. ID expiration date

3. Are there any fees to register as a local seller on Temu?
Temu does not charge any registration fees. You can register as a Temu seller for free.
4. What types of proof of address are accepted?
We accept Bank statements/Bank confirmation letters, third-party payment statements, and water, electricity, and gas bills are all supported. The proof of address must contain the company name (or the name of the company representative)and address.
5. What documents are accepted for company contact representatives?
In the U.S.:
For individuals, we accept U.S. passports or U.S. driver’s licenses.
However, if you are registering as a business, we also accept passports from the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, etc.
In the Mexico:
For individuals, we accept ID cards/passports issued in Mexico.
However, if you are registering as a business, we also accept following documents:
1. Driver's licenses/passports issued in the United States;
2. Passports from the following countries: Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, South Korea, Ireland, Poland, Japan, Singapore, Bulgaria, Estonia, etc.
